Located in a quiet alley in Paris, France, HAO HAO design company was established in 2018 by Chiang Wang. Its main business is assisting cooperation and development for Europe-Asia projects and has achieved a succession of awards; moreover, in 2019, it brought about an electric vehicle financing agreement for 6 million euros between Ellectramobilys, a subsidiary of Biro of France, and Taiwan's Yulon Motor Co. Ltd. With strength of natural perceptiveness and sensitivity to market changes, she has successfully found a place in the competitive French market. She said, her entrepreneurial philosophy is "Stand on the front line of international trends, find links between industries and carry out integration; there are four keys to running a company, namely, friendly, speed, evaluation and high quality."

Chiang Wang has 15 years of experience in the field of design and art. Her dream of being an artist began aged 17 and at 21 she became the personal assistant of a famous artist; she began illustrating aged 21 and was a publishing company editor at 23; she was brand illustration designer for a Taiwan candy brand at 24 and achieved the good result of selling 1000 units on the first day of sale; at 25, she began working at an art gallery, responsible for advance curation for contemporary art sale, at 26 she established a brand and engaged in cross-area cooperation; at 27 years of age, she decided to move to Paris. Now at 35, her company is a success. Her skills include illustration design, illustration commodification, public art contracting and creative thinking and execution.

When she was named one of the first OCAC Global Young Entrepreneur Stars, the first people she wanted to thank were her always-supportive family and the people who have helped her in time of difficulty. She is grateful to the OCAC for establishing the Global Young Entrepreneur Star platform to allow her to link up with people around the world of similar age to her who are quietly working in the same field, so they can exchange their thoughts and experiences on setting up and running a business and can thus widen their vision and contacts. Chiang Wang hopes that when the Global Young Entrepreneur Star stage is larger in future, it can help young people with dreams obtain more resources and links.

In the interview, Chiang Wang said the most memorable event for her was the March 11 earthquake of 2011. Affected by the shocking scenes of the quake aftermath and tsunami, she drew a special series of illustrations to help disaster victims in Japan called "A Gift from Taiwan". It caused a stir on social media and was also chosen as an exhibit in the Tidal Era represents Love exhibition area of the Int'l Graphic Design Exhibition and was displayed at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park.

Chiang Wang's design includes the diversity of the west and the beauty of eastern culture, crossing borders to let eastern and western art collide and produce sparks, with works full of vitality and appeal. HAO HAO design company is made up of two business projects, HAO HAO Design and Formosa France Agency (FFA). HAO HAO Design handles projects related to design, graphics, digital and visual, from the angle of design, understanding the needs of customers and giving them a suitable solution. Formosa France Agency is responsible for building contacts, integration and development between Asia and Europe and finding excellent products and interesting products that can be produced or operated.

Chiang Wang named the company HAO HAO because of the Mandarin meaning (good) but more for its connotations: very friendly and good quality. HAO HAO also sounds like "How How" in English, expressing that an entrepreneur often faces the problem of how to communicate with a customer in enterprise operation and how to execute plans. It also runs through her business philosophy "How to solve the problem, how to do it better" In this competitive global market, Chiang Wang has the ability to reflect and the willpower to boldly take on challenges.

President of The Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Europe- Junior Chapter and a good friend of Chiang Wang in business, Yu We-han, said that she is a strong Taiwanese woman with great willpower. She showed him what "Setting up a business is a battle with yourself" means. He said that Chiang Wang has a sense of responsibility and even though the road to setting up a business was so tough, she told herself to grit her teeth and keep on going; she is clear that she is responsible to customers, friends, family and even all of society; this is just how she is. This is why the company she established, Hao Hao, is able to provide the best service and experience to customers and has gradually established a good reputation by word of mouth and is now well on the way to success.

Chiang Wang hopes to have her own brand products within 10 years and establish an integrated art and leisure space in the city center that combines art studio, tea house, homestay and art gallery and sells her own brand products and cross-area cooperative products, providing various courses and inviting artists to hold exhibitions or take up residence for creation in the homestay. To young people who are currently facing frustration on the road to setting up a business, she says "Hang in there! No matter what difficulty you face, don't care how other people look at you, after the dark of night you will see the light of day."
