1.Description of the procurement：
The planning, design and construction supervision service project of the renovationof lavatoriesonthe 16thand the 17th floor, and the tea roomsfrom the 15th to the 17th floorin OCAC

2.Specification and Quantity of the procurement：
The service proposal of planning, design and construction supervision service project should include:
(1)The detailed design(drawings) of floor renovation, ceiling and wall paintings, WC equipments, furnitures etc.
(2)The detailed budget book of the whole renovation work.
(3)The supervision plan.
(4)Provide the completed tender documents.
(5)Apply all the permits, the fire safety inspection or others essential documents.
(6)Holding the construction progress meetings every two weeks.  

3.Budget amount of this procurement：
NTD 547,000

4.Contract Completion Date：
(1)Successful Bidder should follow the requirements specification and the contractafter the bidding.
(2)Delivery deadline: follow the requirements specification and the contract.(Includes supervision, all the permits have been done completely and the acceptance by the OCAC)
