The Taiwan Association INC. Wang Ling-ling, who attended the OCAC's Training Program for Taiwanese Creative Cuisine at Shih Chien University in Taipei in 2017, was invited to be the lecturer.
TAPYC President Shirleen Hsieh, activity director Christine Hsieh, deputy activity director Momo Lin, president of the Taiwan Association INC. Philippines (TAP) and OCAC Commissioner Huang Ya-hui, and Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Junior Chapter (ASTCCJC) president Peggy Chiang all took part in the online cooking lecture.
Momo Lin first introduced that Wang Ling-ling was  a graduate of St. Stephen's High School and the university division of Chiang Kai Shek College, Philippines. She is currently a Chinese cooking teacher in the high school division of Chiang Kai Shek College, creative cooking teacher at the Music and Arts Center of Chiang Kai Shek College, and cooking instructor at Philippine Cultural College.
Shirleen Hsieh said that the purpose of founding the TAPYC was to provide an exchange platform for young Taiwanese entrepreneurs working hard in the Philippines, second generation Taiwanese entrepreneurs and young Taiwanese based in the country. It has 50 members at present. She pointed out that the TAPYC has donated protective equipment to medical personnel, donated food to disadvantaged people, and held digital marketing online lectures and epidemic protection health lectures as well as other activities since the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Philippines.
Then Teacher Wang demonstrated how to make and plate classic dishes such as Dongpo Pork, Prawn With Salted Egg Yolk, and Mixed Fried Glass noodles. The students were from different age groups, someof them even followed teacher to make dishes simultaneously. Everyone learned a lot from the lecture and the event came to a successful end amidst a warm atmosphere.
