The 2nd Board Meeting of the 35th Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce North America was held over four days in Hawaii. The packed program included visits to the Hawaii State Capitol and famous scenic spots, joint board meetings and business opportunity meeting. The 19th Taiwanese Junior Chambers of Commerce North America (TJCCNA) also held its 2nd board meeting on November 19, the physical meeting attended by around 20 directors and supervisors and members and around 50 people attending online.Guests from around the world took time out of their busy schedules to encourage the members of the TJCCNA. Old friends and new acquaintances happily engaged in exchange and everyone gained a lot.

Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Deputy Minister Hsu Chia-ching found time in her busy schedule to attend and show support. She emphasized that the OCAC attaches importance to young overseas compatriots and expressed the hope that everyone can bring more people to the junior chapter, bringing people from different fields together to give their business a chance to grow strong. Honorary President of the Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Lee Tien-Chi said that information exchange is most important for young entrepreneurs; that they need to go out into the world and to with business opportunities and understand the customs and conditions in each country to break into markets and develop innovatively.

TJCCNA President Cynthia Kao sad that its objectives this year were : "Guiding innovation. Limitless business opportunities." In the first half of the year, preparatory work in the form of integrating internal resources was done; now, through the website, Facebook page and Instagram, information on activities of branches in other regions can be quickly found. In early February next year, TJCCNA plans a large scale online business exhibition that directors and supervisors and members are invited to support and take part in.

At this TJCCNA board meeting, the vice presidents of 17 branches presented reports on branch affairs, the branches including Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Gainesville, Los Angeles, Miami, New Jersey, New York, North California, Orange County California, Orlando, Salt Lake City, Bay Area San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego, Vancouver, Toronto.

Guests attending in person included President of Counselling of the World Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Wang Sueling, Honorary President of the Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam Henry Hsieh, TJCCNA Deputy Chairperson Wu Wei-ling, President of Counselling of the World Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Junior Chapter (WTCC-JC) Sophia Huang and TJCCNA Advisor Danny Chen. Attending online were Honorary President of the WTCC-JC Song Mei-man, Chief Supervisor Chang Ling-yao and Interim President Yu Wei-han; President of Counselling of TJCCNA Wu Jia-yu, Chairman of the Advisory Group Wei Chi-cheng and Supervisor Luo Yuan-hong.
