The Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam (CTCCV) Junior Chapter held "The OCAC 90th Anniversary and Taiwan Junior Chapter's 10th Anniversary Celebration: Go Kart Racing Event" on the morning of December 18th at the Dai Nam Park in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, hosted by the Junior Chapter's President Chen Ching -Hsuan. Director General Han Kuo-Yao of TECO in Ho Chi Minh, Division Director Chang Hao Chun, and Secretary Ho Yu-Keng attended the event upon invitation; a total of 120 participants joined the event, including Binh Duong Taiwan Chamber of Commerce President Chang Ching-Huang, Counseling President Wu Chun- Ying, President-Elect Chen Shui-Shih, and Junior Chapter Supervisors and members, and race car and motorcycle lovers in the Binh Duong region.

Director General Han Kuo-Yao stated in his remarks that it was his pleasure to attend this series of events celebrating the OCAC's 90th anniversary hosted by the CTCCV, and that the beautiful weather was perfect for hosting such outdoor events. He said that the Junior Chapter was very considerate in hosting the event at the year-end, and that racing competitions cultivates one's ability to focus and also strengthens one's courage to strive forward, all of which represents the Junior Chapter's courageous and adventurous spirit. He also stated that, having witnessed the event in person, he is confident that the Junior Chapter will flourish in the future, and wished the racing event a huge success and for all participants to enjoy health and happiness.

President Chen Ching -Hsuan reminded all participants that safety must be put as top priority in Go Kart racing, and that all competitors must strictly abide by safety instructions so as to avoid danger and accidents from happening.He also forbade competitors from intentional driving behaviors that may result in danger, such as colliding, provoking, pushing, tailgating, sliding off tracks, and changing vehicles on the course; he stated that if any problem were to occur, competitors must immediately raise both hands to inform the staff so that emergency services could be timely provided.

Aside from Go Kart racing, there were also caravan racing shows, horse racing and dog racing that day. Taiwanese delicacies were provided on site to comfort those who have long lived abroad and were homesick. The event was successful and ended ant five in the afternoon.
