The OCAC provides the following services: overseas compatriot student scholarships, work-study grant, study support allowance, medical emergency consolation money, emergency reporting, overseas compatriot student insurance, national health insurance subsidy, overseas compatriot student activity and publication subsidies and graduate entrepreneurship loan guarantee. The OCAC also assists with the organizing of various overseas compatriot student activities.
