Overseas compatriots around the world have been recognized as the extension of the strength of ROC (Taiwan). They have been one of the driving forces for Taiwan's global development.

In order to promote Taiwan culture and enhance the connections between OCAC as well as Taiwan and the overseas compatriots in New South Wales, Western Australia and Australian Capital Territory, the Culture Centre of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Sydney was established since November 12 1987. Our office is located by Chatswood station, NSW with easy accessibility to visit.
