The Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Chicago, U.S.A. hosted "the Training Program of 2022 Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA)" on May 7th to introduce Taiwanese food and snacks, and to teach the students how to make flaky scallion pancake.
