Bureau of Foreign Trade Will Continue to Provide Services during the Lunar New Year Holiday
In order to facilitate the importation and exportation of goods, the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) will continue to accept applications for import and export licenses from importers or exporters during the Lunar New Year holiday in 2023. The service center of the BOFT will have staff on hand to answer phone calls and respond to any questions.
The BOFT stated that from January 20 to January 27 except January 21 (Saturday) and January 22 (Sunday), it will also have special personnel available to review application cases concerning import and export licenses. Importers or exporters can also call the 0800-00-2369 service line for consultation if they encounter any problems related to importation and exportation during that period.
