- OCAC e-books can be retrieved from HuayuWorld's (http://www.huayuworld.org) website for browse, download, and non-profit usage. Over 400 e-books and learning suppliements, complied by OCAC have been uploaded to "E-Book Area" of the "Mandarin Teaching Materials Resources Area" of "HuayuWorld" website for free download.

Overseas compatriots can order OCAC self-compiled textbooks online via the links on the OCAC website and Huayuworld's textbook shop (https://Textbook. Taiwan-World.Net), and choose mailing service.
- To pick up textbooks at an overseas mission:
Overseas compatriots can pick up textbooks through Taiwan overseas Embassies ＆missions or Taipei Economic and Cultural office （T.E.C.O.）by showing their Overseas Compatriot Card (no mailing service is provided; for details, please contact the overseas staffs at overseas offices).
There will be no more book pickup service at Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China (Taiwan) .
